What happens to the details you share on this website — what we collect, why, who sees it, and how to have it changed or deleted. In plain English.

The short version

  • We only collect what you choose to send us — through the contact form or a cost calculator — plus basic statistics about how the site is used.
  • We use it to answer your enquiry, email you the cost breakdown you asked for, and follow up on that enquiry.
  • We never sell or rent your details.
  • Email info@allianceprintech.com at any time to see, correct or delete what we hold about you.

Who we are

This website, allianceprintech.com, is run by Alliance Printech Private Limited (“Alliance”, “we”, “us”) — a family-run manufacturer of flexo printing presses, founded in 2007.

Alliance Printech Private LimitedFactory No. 243, Sector-68, IMTFaridabad — 121004, Haryana, India Email: info@allianceprintech.com

Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (the “DPDP Act”), we are the data fiduciary for the personal data described on this page: the business that decides how it is used and is responsible for it.

What we collect and why

When you send the contact form

We collect your name, email and message, plus your company, phone / WhatsApp number and the kind of work you print if you add them. We use them to reply to your enquiry and send you what you asked for — for example a suggested press configuration.

The form is handled by Netlify Forms (Netlify is our website host). Each message is emailed to info@allianceprintech.com and also kept in our Netlify account.

When you use a cost calculator

Our printing cost calculators (label, shrink sleeve and pouch costs, flexo vs gravure and flexo vs offset) ask for your details in a short pop-up before showing the result: your name, company, email, phone / WhatsApp number, and whether you are an existing flexo printer. Along with these we receive the job details you entered — such as quantities, sizes, materials, ink and plate costs, and machine price.

Nothing you type into a calculator leaves your browser until you send the pop-up. Then a small program on our host (Netlify) works out the cost, and your details and the job details are saved in our sales records in Google Sheets, part of our Google Workspace account.

We use them to show you the result, to email you the full cost breakdown, and to have our sales team follow up on your enquiry by email, phone or WhatsApp.

When you email, call or WhatsApp us

We receive whatever you choose to share, and use it to answer you. The WhatsApp buttons on this site open WhatsApp, which is run by Meta — WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy policy apply to messages sent there.

When you browse the site

On allianceprintech.com we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used: which pages are visited, how people found us, the type of device and browser, and approximate location (country or city). It also counts taps on our WhatsApp, phone, email and catalogue links, and when the contact form or a calculator is sent. We use this to see which pages help buyers and to improve the site — not to identify you, and not for advertising.

Our host, Netlify, also keeps standard technical logs — such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested — to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

What we don’t collect

  • No accounts or passwords — there is nothing to sign up for.
  • No payments — nothing is bought or paid for on this website.
  • No government ID numbers.

Cookies and browser storage

Google Analytics sets small cookies in your browser (their names start with _ga) so it can tell a returning visitor from a new one. They are only used on the live site.

We also save two small preferences in your browser’s own storage (“localStorage”): whether you chose the day or night theme, and whether you closed an event announcement bar. They stay on your device and are never sent to us.

How to opt out

  • Block or delete cookies in your browser’s settings. Blocking Google Analytics cookies doesn’t change how the site works.
  • Install Google’s Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, which stops Google Analytics on every website you visit.
  • Clear this site’s data in your browser to remove the saved theme and event-bar choice.

Where it’s kept and who we share it with

We never sell or rent your personal data. We share it only with the service providers that run this website and our email, who handle it on our behalf:

  • Netlify — hosts the website, receives the contact form and runs the calculators. Netlify screens form messages for spam using its provider Akismet.
  • Google — Google Workspace (our email, and the Google Sheets where enquiries are kept) and Google Analytics (site statistics).
  • Meta (WhatsApp) — only if you choose to message us on WhatsApp.

Inside Alliance, only the people who handle enquiries and sales can see your details. Some of these providers store data on servers outside India. We may also disclose information if the law requires it — for example to a court or a government authority.

How long we keep it

We keep your details only as long as we need them for your enquiry and any business relationship that follows — for example while we discuss a press with you, and for as long as you are our customer. After that we delete them, unless the law requires us to keep certain records for longer (such as tax and accounting records).

Google Analytics statistics are deleted automatically at the end of the retention period set in our Analytics account.

Keeping it safe

The site runs over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and your details are kept in our Netlify and Google accounts, which only our team can access. No website is completely secure, so if we ever learn of a breach that affects your data, we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires.

Your rights

Under the DPDP Act you have the right to:

  • Access — ask what personal data we hold about you, how we use it and who we have shared it with.
  • Correction — ask us to correct, complete or update it.
  • Erasure — ask us to delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it.
  • Withdraw consent — ask us at any time to stop using your data or stop contacting you. This doesn’t affect anything we did before you asked.
  • Grievance redressal — raise a complaint with us and, if you are not satisfied with our answer, with the Data Protection Board of India.
  • Nominate — name someone to use these rights for you if you die or can no longer act for yourself.

To use any of these rights, email info@allianceprintech.com with “Privacy request” in the subject line, or write to us at the address above. We may ask you to confirm who you are before we act, so we never hand your data to someone else.

Grievance Officer: Neetu, Alliance Printech Private Limited, Factory No. 243, Sector-68, IMT, Faridabad 121004, Haryana, India — crm@allianceprintech.com. Write to her with any complaint about how we handle your personal data.

Children

This website is meant for printing businesses and press buyers. It isn’t aimed at children, and we don’t knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us their details, email us and we will delete them.

Links to other websites

Our pages link to other sites — WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Google Maps, trade shows and industry news websites. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for how they handle your data.

Changes to this policy

We will update this page if the way we handle data changes — for example if we add a new tool or service provider. The “Last updated” date at the top shows the current version.
